The house (70 sqm) has been completely renovated in a spirit which combines charm of antiques, new equipment and contemporary inspiration.

Typical fisherman's house in terms of size, the house consists of 3 levels and a utility room, where the fish used to sold in return from fishing and an elevated terrace offering a very nice seaview .

2 bedrooms each with a bathroom (bath or shower) and toilet :
- Bedroom 1 (1st floor) : 2 single beds (90*190) or joined as a double one (180*90), ensuite-bathroom (shower + WC)
- Bedroom 2 (2nd floor) : 1 king size bed (160*200) with seaview. Ensuite-bathroom opened into the room. And WC with door. Seaview from the bath.

Completly new equipment (Wifi, LCD TV with french and international channels, DVD player, and DVD, Ipod/Iphone sounddock, stainless steel kitchen, dishwasher, nespresso and coffee machines, washing machine, dryer machine, hood ...). Baby facilities on request.
Parking possible in front of the house and free car parks nearby.
No-smoking. No pets.
